Secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest with bamboo on very steep river slopes composed by shaly limestone at elevation about 160 m a.s.l. around point 17º4’29’’N 106º43’5’’E. Erect herb or undershrub to 1.5 m tall on shady rocky stream slope. Locally common.
