Paul Ormerod: Judging from the small flowers (sepals 3.5 mm long, I guess), white-striped leaves, and large rectangular glands in the lip hypochile, I would say this is a new taxon. I could not find this mix of characters elsewhere. The length of the inflorescence peduncle looks to be relatively long too.
