Lam Dong Province, Lam Ha District, evergreen broad-leaved submontane forest at elevation about 1000 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb. Flowers white, lip with light yellow at center. Ly Ngoc Quan sine n. Herbarium specimen collected from cultivated plant. 26 October 2024, L. Averyanov, Nguyen Van Canh, T. Maisak, AL3391.
