Living plant received from N.V.Canh Garden on 26 November 2022, L. Averyanov, Nguyen Van Canh, T. Maisak, Truong Ba Vuong, et al., AL 1785.

Plant originated from Quang Nam Province, Dong Giang District, Sao La Reserve, evergreen broad-leaved forest at elevation 300-400 m a.s.l. Nguyen Van Canh, January 2022.

Flowered in culture in 06 12 2024. Flowers dark violet, stigma white. L. Averyanov AL1785.
