Khanh Hoa provinces, Khan Le Pass, secondary open forest on shale at elevation of 700–800 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb to 1.2 m tall in rocky shady place along rocky stream. Flowers bright yellow. Occasional. Rare in flowers.
