Aspidistra sp. (“ellipsoid leaf”)

Border of Lam Dong and Khanh Hoa provinces, Khan Le Pass, primary mixed montane forest with Pinus krempfii, Dacrydium and Dacrycarpus on shale at elevation of about 1600 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb with suberect stem to 20 cm tall on shady slope. Not common.
