Old secondary broad-leaved evergreen humid forest on wet very steep alluvial slopes based on solid, marble-like highly eroded limestone at elevation of 600–800 m a.s.l. Erect or climbing hithophytic herb to 1 m tall on open mossy rocks on hill top. Flowers yellow to orange. Occasional.
