Dak Lak Province, Lak District, Krong No Municipality, around point 12.2520 N 108.3449 E. Old closed evergreen broad-leaved secondary forest on hill slopes composed with granite at elevation about 650 m a.s.l. Terrestrial creeping herb, leaves light green with broad white longitudinal stripe. Common.
