Yen Bai Province, Luc Yen District, To Mau Municipality, Ngoi Tham Village, remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on limestone mountain at elevation 200–400 m a.s.l.

03 March 2023, Nguyen Sinh Khang, AL 2200. Living plant.

Fl. in cult. on 20 09 2023. Flower tube outside white, inside white with two yellow stripes, lobes blue. L. Averyanov, AL2200 (the same species as AL2202).
