Saravan Prov., Ta Oy Distr., to the SW of Sa Mouay town, near Thong Hang village, around point 15°37’30.9”N 106°12’26.5”E.
Dry old open coniferous forest with Pinus latteri intermixed with species of Dipterocarpus at elevation 650-700 m.
Tree to 10 m tall. Flowers white. Common.
