Living plant was collected in Ha Giang Province, Bac Quang District, primary evergreen broad-leaved forests on limestone slopes in subtropical highland forest at elevation 1400–1600 m a.s.l., 07.07.2017, Nguyen Hoang Tuan, s.n. Photos and herbarium specimen (HNU 021787) were prepared from the plant cultivated in Hanoi University of Pharmacy Botanical Garden in August – September 2017.
