Lam Dong Province, Lac Duong District, Dung K'No Commune, 19 June 2020, Truong Ba Vuong, Sang Bao Loc, BV 681 (voucher herbarium specimen – VNM).

Note. Opening flower the midlobe margin revolute like a star. 2 Keels on labellum, keels on midlobe simple fimbriate, keel on lip at base branched fimbriate. Lip midlobe and front side lobes fimbriate.
