Lam Dong Province, Lac Duong District, Da Chais Municipality, K'Long K'lanh village, remnants of primary forest, 08 July 2023, T.B. Vuong, s.n.

It looks like O. perpusilla, but the lip shape not looks like, also it seems does not have the calli on lip, also there is not many bracts on inflorescence.
