Dak Lak Province, Lak District, Krong No Municipality, around point 12.2520 N 108.3449 E.
Old closed evergreen broad-leaved secondary forest on hill slopes composed with granite at elevation about 650 m a.s.l.
Terrestrial tuberiferous herb on shady sandy slope. Leaves pale brown with many whitish markings. Not common.
