Bulbophyllum catenarium Ridl.

S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La

forest enterprise (14ø39'N, 108ø25'E). Primary evergreen broad-leaved

wet forest with Dacrycarpus imbricatus on steep mt. slopes on

sandstone & gneiss at elev. 1100-1200 m. Epiphyte on high mossy

trees. Flowers yellow, lip deep red. Rare.
