S.Vietnam, Thua Thien Hue Prov., Phu Loc Distr., Bach Ma National Park, N slope of Bach Ma mt system, to the N of point 16°11′50′'N 107°50′44′'E at elev. 400-600 m a.s.l. Mixed and broad-leaved evergreen primary closed wet mt forest with Shorea stellata & Dacrycarpus imbricatus along narrow ridge and on very steep sandstone/shale slopes. Terrestrial achlorophyllous saprophyte on very steep rocky slope along waterfall cliff. Flowers white, lip at face with callus with finest gray marks, behind with large orange-brown central spot.
