Vietnam, Thua Thien – Hue Prov., A Luoi Distr., A Roang Municipality, Tra Lenh Forestry Department station, around point 16°04′38′'N, 107°29′10′'E. Primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep mountain slopes composed with shale and granite at elevation 700-800 m a.s.l. Terrestrial achlorophyllous saprophyte. Flowers white, lip white with gray spotted callus above, yellow-brown spot below. Occasional along ridge. HAL 7246 20 April 2005. Collectors: L.Averyanov, P.K.Loc, J.Regalado, T.V.Thao, N.T.Vinh.
