Vietnam, Thua Thien – Hue Prov., A Luoi Distr., Huong Nguyen Municipality, in vicinities of Tra Ve forest protection station, around point 16°15′27′'N, 107°26′15′'E at elevation about 150-250 m a.s.l. Secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on steep hill and mountain slopes composed with shale. Achlorophyllous terrestrial herb on hill slopes near the top of ridge. Flowers white, lip with yellow central spot below and gray spotted callus above. Not common. HAL 7890 5 May 2005. Collectors: L.Averyanov, P.K.Loc, T.V.Thao, N.T.Vinh.
