Vientiane Prov., Kasi Distr., Thong Mout village, Pudang Ridge, around point 19°23′33.7”N 102°08′05.7”E. Remnants of primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on mountain tops composed with shale at elevation 1950-2000 m. Clustering epiphyte on tall mossy trees. Flowers white, apex of tepals purple, lip with purple apex, large yellow spot at center and with 2 dark brown-purple spots at base. Not common.
