Thua Thien – Hue Prov., Nam Dong Distr., Thuong Lo Municipality, along Cha Mang stream, around point 16°07′58″N 107°44′46″E.

Primary evergreen broad-leaved lowland forest on very steep hill slopes and along rdge composed with stratified shale and sandstone at elev. about 400-450 m a.s.l.

Humus epiphyte on tall trees along ridge. Flower buds white. Not common.
