Remnant primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on slopes of limestone mountains, around point 23.05186° N 104.86735° E, at elevation of 1000-1100 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb about 40-70 cm tall, flower white with purple patches inside lower lip, locally occasion.
