Vietnam, Quang Binh Prov., Quang Ninh Distr., Truong Son municipality, around point 17°27′43″N 106°22′50″E.
Primary and secondary broad-leaved forest on steep shale mountain slopes at elevation 500-700 m a.s.l.
Clustering epiphyte and lithophyte on mossy shady stream boulders. Flowers yellowish-pink. Common.
