Quang Binh Prov., Minh Hoa Distr., Thuong Hoa municipality, environs of Mo O O O village, around point 17°40′03.6”N 105°55′08.5”E.
Dense broad-leaved closed forest on wet flat seasonally flooded river valley on alluvial limestone clay at elevation about 336 m a.s.l.
Epiphyte on tall trees. Flowers white, lip with fine purple marks. Common.
