Vietnam, Quang Binh Prov., Quang Ninh Distr., Truong Son municipality, around point 17°20′07″N 106°26′02″E. Primary broad-leaved forest on tops and on steep shale hill slopes along Khe Den stream at elevation 300-400 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on tall tree. Tepals light green to light purple, lip white to light yellowish with dark purple center. Occasional.
