Dak Nong Province, Dak Song District, Nam Nung Protected Area, dry evergreen broad-leaved submontane forest on basalt and sandstone at elevation 800-900 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on tall tree. Occasional. 25 October 2019, L. Averyanov, Nguyen Van Canh, T. Maisak, AL 1183.1 (living plant only).

Herbarium prepared in 14.04.2020. Flowers: sepals yellow, 3-nerved; petals white with 1 median yellowish vein; lip red with yellow-orange apex; column red to orange, stelidia white at apex; operculum light yellowish. L. Averyanov, AL 1183.1.1.
