FLORA OF VIETNAM

Bromheadia finlaysoniana (Lindl.) Miq.

Quang Nam Prov., Dai Loc Distr., Dai Hong municipality, environs of Dai Hong town around point 15°49’01”N 107°56’31”E.

Remnants of primary and secondary dry broadleaved evergreen forest on rocky sandy uplifted plateau composed with eroded sandstone at elev. about 600-650 m a.s.l.

Terrestrial herb to 1.5 m tall in open grassy swampy place along small stream. Tepals pure white, lip white with purple-violet nerves and yellow spot on epichile. Locally very common.
