Asparagaceae (Convallarioideae)

Ophiopogon chingii

Ha Giang prov., Quan Ba distr., Cao Ma Po commune, on the trail to Tung Vai commune, Va Thang 2 village, around point N23.07512 º E104.85256 º, elev. 1300-1370 m a.s.l., remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved and occasionally mixed coniferous (Amentotaxus yunnanensis, Podocarpus sp) humid forest on limestone mountain.

Terrestrial perennial herb up to 45 cm tall. Locally common at humid and shaped places of mountain base.
