Fractionally logged primary evergreen broad-leaved and mixed forest with Dacrydium, Dacrycarpus and Pinus latteri on granite at elevation 800–900 m a.s.l. Lithophytic herb on open mossy stream rocks. Flowers purple. Occasional.
