Humid dense primary evergreen broad-leaved and coniferous forest with Pinus krempfii on granite and gneiss at elevation 1500–1600 m a.s.l. Terrestrial tuberiferous herb on needle-derived humus. Locally common, but only under Pinus krempfii canopies.
