Old humid secondary evergreen broad-leaved montane forest of very steep mountain slopes composed with sandstone at elevations 1800–1850 m a.s.l. Terrestrial erect sometime branching herb to 0.6 m tall on vet open slope. Flowers yellow. Locally common.
