Quang Binh prov., Quang Ninh distr., Truong Son comm., Truong Son Logging Enterprise, in logging site No 336, around point 17°18′51” N, 106°23′52” E, ca. 100-150 m a.s.l., on foot of primary and secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved lowland forests on sandy rock mountains. Epiphyte. Flowers white with greenish trace on foot of lip and reddish. Occasionally common.
