N. Viet Nam, Lao Cai Prov., Van Ban Distr., Nam Xe Municipality, Nam
Xi Tan village. W-facing slope along stream between Nam Xe and Khau Co
Pass at near 40 km to Than Uyen. Secondary forest on top of ridge on
eroded granite soils (22°02′31″N, 103°58′32″E - 22°02′57″N,
103°58′35″E) at elev. 700-1113 m. Epiphyte near top of ridge.
Pseudobulbs yellow-green, leaves light green, one bud only, buds light
yellow-green. Occasional.
