Herbarium prepared in 01 June 2022 by L. Averyanov, N.V. Canh and T. Maisak from wild collected plants cultivated in Ly Ngoc Quan garden originated from Lam Dong Province, Lam Ha District, Phi To village, L.N. Quan s.n. Erect terrestrial herb to 1.5 m tall. Sepals inside dark chestnut, lip yellow with many purple streaks.
