Cycadaceae
Cycas sp. aff. balansae ?

N. Vietnam, Thai Nguyen prov., Vo Nhai distr., Lau Thuong
municipality, vicinities of Lang Hang village. Cultivated palm like
tree with stem about 1.5 m hg and leaves about 3.5 m lg. Ripe seeds
yellow. Collected near the village, on rocky limestone ridge slopes,
supposedly on elev. 50-100 m a.s.l.
