Lam Dong Province, Da Lat City area, Golden Stream (Suoi Vang) near Ankroet hydropower station, mixed and pine coniferous forest at elev. about 1500 m a.s.l. Terrestrial and lithophytic herb to 1.5 m tall on open stream rocks and on steep stream rocky slopes. Flowers white, lip apex purple. Not rare.
