FLORA OF VIETNAM Lamiaceae Salvia sonchifolia C.Y. Wu Ha Giang prov., Quan Ba distr., Bat Dai Son Nature Reserve, Thanh Van commune, Tan village, Thong (Conifer) Mountain, around point 23º07ʹ40.3ʺN 104º57ʹ11.2ʺE, at elevation 1000-1195 m a.s.l., karstic, highly eroded mountains composed of solid marble-like limestone, primary evergreen broad-leaved and coniferous (with Pseudotsuga sinensis) humid forest on steep rocky slopes near mountain tops.
