Highly degraded primary and secondary evergreen broadleaved forest on very steep rocky slopes of remnant limestone hills composed with highly eroded marble-like crystalline limestone at elev. 200-450 m a.s.l. Treelet or shrub to 2 m tall among shady rocks on very steep rocky slope. Flowers greenish with purple tint. Not common. CPC 2566 30 April 2011
