S. Vietnam, Prov. Kon Tum, Distr. Dak Gley, about 6-7 km to the S of Dak Gley town (near Dak Tung village). Primary open semideciduous dry forest (disturbed by cutting) with domination of bamboos, Dipterocarpus and Lithocarpus at 650-750 m alt. Epiphyte. Very common. VH 2396 09.12.1995 International Botanical Expedition of the U.S.A. National Geographic Society (grant No 5094-93)
