Lam Dong Province, Lam Ha District, evergreen broad-leaved and coniferous submontane forest at elevation about 1000 m a.s.l. Epiphyte on tall trees. Flowers almost white, lip with reddish-brown nerves. Ngo Quang Dang sine n. Herbarium specimen collected from cultivated plant. 28 October 2019, L. Averyanov, Nguyen Van Canh, T. Maisak, AL 1217.
