N. Vietnam, prov. Lao Cai, distr. Than Uyen, municipality Ho Mit, Ho Mit village (N 22°06′ E 103°52′). Epiphyte along Mit Noi river in vicinities of Ho Mit village at elev. about 700 m. Flowers odorless; tepals white; lip white, with purple center and purple-violet base; column white, anther light purple-violet. Plant collected by local people.
