Son La Province, Thuan Chau District.

31 August 2021, Truong Ba Vuong, BV 1262.

Flower slightly sweet fragrant. The petals are absent, lip simple (vs. clearly 3 lobes in Polystachya concreta). Lip adaxially with terete callus from base to near apical part and turns to 2 separated calli, densely finely hairy on basal half of lip.
