N.Vietnam, Bac Kan Prov., Cho Don Distr., Ban Thi Municipality, Phia Khao village, Lo Da locality 22°16′01′'N 105°33′07′'E. Primary closed evergreen rather dry coniferous forest with Fokienia hodginsii along tops of ridge tops composed with highly eroded crystalline limestone at elev. about 900 m a.s.l. Epiphyte.
