Dendrobium acinaciforme Roxb.

N. Vietnam, Bac Can prov., Na Ri distr., Kim Hy municipality, vicinities of Lung Hin Con village (N 22º17' E 106º03'), 27 km to 55º of Bac Can city. Remnants of primary mixed evergreen dry open forest with Pseudotsuga brevifolia and bamboo along tops of remnant karst limestone ridge at elev. about 800 m a.s.l. Epiphyte. Very common.
