Old closed evergreen broad-leaved secondary forest on hill slopes composed with granite at elevation about 650 m a.s.l. Terrestrial creeping herb, leaves light green with broad white longitudinal stripe. Common.

Creeping terrestrial herb in shady wet place along small forest stream. Not rare.

Dak Lak Province, Lac District, southern part of Nam Kar Nature Reserve around point 12º16’10’’N 108º05’24’’E at elevations of about 600 m a.s.l. Open steep rocky slope in secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest with bamboo along road. Lithophytic creeping rosulate herb on large exposed rocks. Leaves uniform dull brown. Occasional.

Tree about 5 m tall on shady steep rocky slope. Young flower buds green. Locally common.
