Vietnam, Dak Lak Prov., Krong Bong Distr., Hoa Son Municipality, vicinities of Krong Kmar river, NE slopes of Chu Yang Sin mt system at elevation 600-700 m a.s.l. around point 12º28’21’’N 108º20’33’’E. Primary and secondary broad-leaved closed evergreen forest on steep stream slopes. Epiphyte along shady wet rocky stream valley. Flowers: tepals yellowish with purple-brownish stripes, lip purple-browhish with violet center. Not common.

Primary closed evergreen and semi deciduous broad-leaved lowland dry forest and open woodlands on basalt and shale mother rocks. Epiphyte on high trees. Flowers pure white, anther slightly yellowish. Locally common.

Creeping epiphyte and lithophyte. Flowers yellowish, lip brownish. Common near mountain top.

Terrestrial achlorophyllous saprophyte on very steep rocky slope along waterfall cliff. Flowers white, lip at face with callus with finest gray marks, behind with large orange-brown central spot. Rare.

Flowers strong honey-sweet fragrant, yellowish-white with purple stripes on tepals, lip yellow-white with purple sidelobes and brightly yellow epichile, inflorescence and flower bracts dull yellow. Very common.

village Phia Khao, Lung Li valley, around point 22°16′10′'N,
105°31′01′'E, Cot Moc mountain at elevation 800-900 m a.s.l.
Primary broad-leaved evergreen closed forest on very steep slopes and
cliffs near tops of rocky ridge composed with solid marble-like
stratified limestone.
Terrestrial achlorophyllous white-yellowish saprophyte. Very rare.
