Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Da Krong Distr., Huc Nghi Municipality, in vicinities of La To village around point 16º29’16’’N 107º00’32’’E at elevation about 414 m a.s.l. Primary broad-leaved evergreen lowland forest on montane hills composed with shale. Small canopy epiphyte on mossy trees along rocky river valley. Flowers yellow with pinkish spots. Rare.

Houphan Prov., Viengxay Distr., Xieng Luong village, around point 20°22'06.1''N 104°17'18.6''E. Primary and secondary broad-leaved evergreen dry forest on very steep rocky slopes of highly eroded mountains composed by solid marble-like limestone at elev. 600-700 m a.s.l. Miniature epiphyte on old mossy tree on mountain top. Not common.
