Living plant received from N.V.Canh Garden on 26 November 2022, L. Averyanov, Nguyen Van Canh, T. Maisak, Truong Ba Vuong, et al., AL 1789.

Plant originated from Binh Dinh Province, One Canh District, evergreen broad-leaved forest Nguyen Van Canh, 2022.

Fl. in cult. 29 12 2022, L. Averyanov, AL 1789, tepals light yellowish to light pinkish with pink purple nerves and spots on lip, column white, at front with purple marks, anther cap and pollinia pale yellow.

Fractionally logged primary evergreen broad-leaved and mixed forest with Dacrydium, Dacrycarpus and Pinus latteri on granite at elevation 800–900 m a.s.l. Epiphyte in dense forest. Flowers reddish brown. Occasional.

Dense secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest on granite on very steep slopes of small stream at elevation about 400 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb in shady places with leaves to 1.2 m long, flowers bad smelled, yellowish with dirty violet stripe on median tepal. Locally abundant.

Convallariaceae

Son La Prov., Van Ho Distr., Van Ho comm., Hua Tat village, around point 20°46’21.7N 104°47’47.5E. Remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved and mixed forest (with Pinus wangii) on very steep rocky slopes and on mountain tops composed with highly eroded karstic light gray marble-like limestone at elevation 1300-1350 m a.s.l. Terrestrial and lithophytic herb on shady slope.
