Primary broad-leaved closed wet forest on very steep rocky slopes and cliffs of low remnant mountains composed with highly eroded solid marble-like limestone at elevation about 600-700 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb to 0.6 m tall on shale alluvial steep slope. Flowers light blue-violet. Not common.
