Leaves grassy green with dark green tessellation. Locally common.

Lithophytic caudex palm-like plant with erect stem to 0.5 m tall on rather open mossy rocky steep slope. Locally common. Female specimen. “Cone” sub-globular, 15–20 cm in diameter.
