Primary broad-leaved evergreen closed forest on very steep slopes and cliffs near tops of rocky ridge composed with solid marble-like stratified limestone. Creeping lithophytic and epiphytic vine. Spathe dull light brown-yellow, flowers white. Very common. Co-dominant of herbaceous lithophytic communities on lower and middle part of mountain slopes.

Remnants of heavily logged primary and secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep slopes of mountains composed with shale and granite with quartzite. Lithophytic and epiphytic vine 5-8 m long in open place. Flowers yellowish-white, spathe green. Common.

Remnants of primary broad-leaved evergreen lowland and submontane forests on very steep granite and quartzite slopes of river canyon at elev. 400-700 m a.s.l. Terrestrial tuberiferous herb on very steep shady slope. Spathe white with dull brown-violet tessellation, inflorescence axis light violet, male flowers white, female- light green. Inflorescence with pleasant spicy fragrance. Very common.
